How do you clean these?

I’ve never had to clean them. I only use them for my phone and iPad.

What does the reverse side look like? Will it scratch?

The cleaning side is a soft suede-like material. It will not scratch.

By hand they can be wiped off. Maybe even hand washed in a sink of soapy water and rinse after than set out to dry. They are well made but don’t machine wash.

How many times is each pad reusable?

I think you can probably use them indefinitely. I've been using mine regularly since Christmas and see no signs that it is wearing out.
