This is my 3rd piece of HWK gear, i also have a 3 season riding jacket and pants. The 3 season is too warm for hot summer days. This jacket should be the perfect remedy for that. Unfortunately it's snowing right now so i haven't been able to get out yet but with all the velcro, snaps and straps this jacket fits great. Feels comfortable. The mesh is super breathable and will offer absolutely no rain protection so keep that in mind before purchasing. Also... pay no attention the the small medium large sizing as that to me doesn't match up with anything else i wear but if you follow the inches measurement you'll be just fine. I can't wait to get out and try this jacket and I'd definitely recommend HWK products as i haven't been disappointed yet
