The company that manufactures this product really stepped up and exceeded my expectations regarding what amounted to a mistake I made placing the order. I inadvertently ordered 30 bags instead of 3 and initially was told that because the order was fulfilled by Amazon, any return was out of their hands. I simply wanted to return 20 and keep 10 and get a partial credit. Long story short, they stepped up and processed a credit and made the experience a very good one where I am 100% satisfied with the outcome. Good to know companies like this still exist! And BTW, the product is very good as well!

Great price for 30 bags and these are not paper but another fabric that is much more sturdy. Highly recommended

Just got them. Three stars because we have not used them yet - will update later. They just put them is a carton and shipped. It has been raining on East coast for days - The carton got wet the bags were damp. They should have enclosed them in plastic - to say the least. But not a biggi; we just put them up to dry out - all thirty of them. These are NOT the same as those 3 for $15 HPB1 bags we have been buying!! Those never leaked; inside of the canister was always clean. These are more textured - feel like those painters overalls. But thicker; I am thinking they will be OK as long as they do not rip or pass dirt into the Vac impellers. Better or worse unknown. We just replaced the bag in our central vac so these will not be tested for a while. But these are cheaper about $2.60 while others were 3 for 14 = 4 + some dollars. We have two hairy dogs so these get full quit fast and cost matters - as long as they work properly.
