Company responsive with problem
The zipper split after just a few days of use. Could not get the zipper back in sync. Contacted the company and they quickly replaced it and even followed up.

Great knife bag concept!
I've already been taking this to the kitchen where I work. It's great for holding knives and other miscellaneous items (tweezers, pens, markers, notebook, etc.). I highly recommend it!
