Q: This gun is good for oil base paint?

It is the best kind for oil base paint. It works well

Q: Can you use it for heavy duty headliner glue (for the car)?

I wouldn't recommend this spray gun for heavy duty glue. It has a difficult time spraying thick paint. The paint must be reduced pretty thin in order for this gun to work efficiently. So glue would not work.

Q: I have some small jobs to do but the paint needs to be sprayed in this would be easy to clean up will they shoot acrylic latex paint OK?

No....the tips are to fine for latex

Q: What is the optimal working pressure for this gun?

Depends on which tip/cap you use, the viscosity of the paint, the temperature and humidity of the shop, and several other things, like personal preference. That said, typically 25-40 PSI at the gun to get 8-10 PSI at the cap.I shot some heavy solids primer with the big tip and cranked the pressure to 40 at the gun, and it layed up well.
