AMAZING
A very gentle formula. Does not dry my hair and keeps it natural. Leaves it clean and healthy. Plan to buy again.

Can’t control dandruff
Shampoo is nice but make your hair super dry and fail to control dandruff

Hair is becoming more dull and lifeless with every use
I really wanted to like this product. I've been using it for a few weeks now and I can say that my hair is becoming duller and rougher with every use. My scalp also gets itchy very often now, possibly because it's dry. Real onion juice works wonders for my scalp but I'm not a big fan of the smell, was hoping this would be a workaround. The shampoo has a suspiciously homogeneous consistency for something with so many natural ingredients.

Biotin shampoo is pretty awesome and has helped a lot with my hair fall problem. I would definitely recommend it. The conditioner tames my hair and makes it smooth and silky. An added benefit is the smell, it's heavenly!
