Very nice thread. Sturdy and not easily breakable. Scissors could be sharper though. Overall not a bad buy.

Love all the colors and the price for the amount. A small sewing project thread. You are getting what you pay for. They are somewhat fuzzy and not the strongest. Now with that said they are beautiful and will work in normal sewing and sewing machines. I will order again when needed.

This review should answer those pondering questions!! Without any detailed or descriptive reviews it’s hard to know if the thread is worth the money.I have a Singer Sew Mate 5400 (basic machine). Its has been sensitive to generic bobbins and needles. I took a gamble on purchasing the threads with the bobbins. My thought was to rewind the bobbin thread onto Singer Bobbins if these bobbins did not work. To my excitement the bobbins work in my machine. The thread tube is wide, and you might think it won’t work. As long as you have thread end holders to hold in place the thread works well! The colors are vibrant and sturdy. I do suggest using wax on the cut end.I have sewn the thread into; thin leather, silk, cotton, polyester, rayon, blends, thick heavy sweaters, blankets, fleece. And more. All has held together! Washed/dried well!I bought both the large and small rolls of thread. Because I wasn’t sure of the longevity I’d get from the thread. Depending on how much you sew should be your determination of which to buy… you don’t need both sizes… I’ll have thread around longer than I will be! :)

This is a lot of thread for this price point. A trick of the trade is to only use bobbins that are made from the thread that you are sewing with. If you follow that rule you will not have any issues with this thread or your machine. Good luck.

It's alright for beginners trying to start out their collection (which was my situation), and it's a very good deal for that. However, the quality is not really great. I would consider myself a confident beginner now, and I can already tell the difference between this and a good quality thread. For example, when trying to stitch over cardslots (about 6 layers of quilting cotton and light woven), I kept getting skipped stitches and had to play around with the tension. When I switched to a Gutermann thread to attach a side panel, going over the same thickness I was able to reduce my tension to normal without any issues. I've also had issues using this thread with a microtex needle, which I haven't had an issue with higher quality threads. Nevertheless, it's a nice selection of colors, and it will get the job done. It may just be a bit more difficult to work with.

This set of 30 rolls of thread match up to my fabrics for future craft projects.

I have not had any issues with these threads with breakage or anything with my sewing machine. I will be ordering more so I can have the colors on hand for when I start some bigger more colorful projects.
