Was so easy to put together, it’s a beautiful addition to our home. Super easy to clean since it’s faux wood and the pad can be thrown in the washer. We have a Bichon Frisé and he fits perfectly. It’s super sturdy and he’s not able to escape.

Pretty simple to put together, except pone of the tubes was missing the female part that has to be screwed into. I was right in the middle of assembling it. There’s no customer support, but I wanted to finish it today anyway. I ended up gerryrigging a nut in its place and it worked out fine. It seems pretty sturdy. I wouldn’t recommend it for crate training. My newly adopted dog, Tilly loves her crate, I’m not concerned about her breaking out of it and I wanted something that looks nice.

I have 2 cats, One shown in the picture! But this is the cutest little crate for bedtime!Unfortunately as my 2nd gets older I'll have to get something bigger but I did see another review of a lady putting 2 together some by side so ill probably do that but this little crate took maybe 20 mins to put together. It was super easy! The little mat it came isn't the thickest so ill eventually replace that but still 5/5 stars! Love it and highly recommend!

We were sick of the old kennel we had taking up space and being an eye sore in our living room. I came across this and was a little hesitant but I can not say enough good things. It was super easy to assemble, it looks really nice and it's really sturdy. The quality of wood used is a lot better than I expected.

Unfortunately the side door was broken after barely 2 hours of use, the welds are extremely poor. Really not happy considering the price and the time it took to construct.**Update 8/24 I called amazon to return this item, the box it came in was not able to be used since it had been outside and rained on, the representative said that was fine and to just leave a note on the assembled item and Amazon would pick it up. When Amazon came, they took the empty destroyed box instead of the item and after a couple of days the return status switched to "lost in transit." I called again and explained the situation and the representative scheduled another day for Amazon pickup to take the item. The gentleman arrived and said he couldn't take it that evening but that he'd be back the next morning. He did not arrive the next day. I called Amazon customer service and AGAIN they scheduled a pick up. The gentleman arrived and said he couldn't take an item without it being packaged and left. I called Amazon support for a fourth time and was then told that the item has to be in the box and that I had to pay to package it, even though they took and lost the original packaging. They said there is nothing else that can be done on their end. I think this is honestly the worst experience I have ever had with Amazon and don't think I will be renewing my prime membership next year. What a ridiculous waste of time.

I bought two dog kennels, they work perfectly for our Shih tzus. They also match with our furniture, easy to clean, spacious for our fur babies. It was easy to put together( we had all the pieces). Best Buy from Amazon for kennels for small dogs.

Looks so much better than the traditional crate. The top is very thick and allows to place items on top no issue. Was fairly easy to put together (2 people is recommended) as we had to hold some pieces tight when screwing together. Big fan and this amazon one was much cheaper than pet stores
