very very disappointed in this cover. It is bowing and on the verge of breaking after being rained on a few times. garbage. very poor quality.

Don't waste your money. This is not a well made product. My original cover by Hotsprings fit better and lasted 15 years before it became too heavy to lift and started to deteriorate. This one lasted only 3.5 years. The fit was only fair and one half of the cover was concave so water collected on it after a rain. After 3.5 years the covers became extremely heavy but was not covered by the warranty as I did not pay extra for vapor barrier. One of the handles started to tear but also is not covered by warranty and a few minor tears developed on the sufrace. Thought I'd save money by buying this one but not worth it. Cost of replacing the insulation was $170 plus $120 shipping or almost the cost of new cover. Shop elsewhere.

Love my new hot tub cover. The folks at The Cover Guy are terrific; very helpful and proactive. They sent detailed instruction on how to measure for a perfect fit. When it went to production, they noticed that one of my measurements was not normal for the type of hot tub I had. I appreciate that they got in touch with me to verify before proceeding. Not sure if I measured wrong or not, but I sent them a photo of the tub corner with the square and tape measure and they took it from there. It just arrived and fits perfectly.

Buying this was a model experience. The seller was very communicative and provided excellent instructions to measure for fit. The cover I got was what I ordered and fit perfectly. It's nice and light, easy to put on and take off.

Needed a replacement cover for my 10 year old spa. They had the specs on file and delivered a perfect replacement. Very satisfied with the cost, the detail to the final product and the customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new cover.

Good product; seems well made. I think their suggestion to open the cover up every week or so to let the chlorine vapors out is a good one; I had a cover similar to this one that deteriorated from the bottom. Cover fits well and seems sturdy.

Make sure you have all of your specs. I forgot to change the location of my straps...(my fault) Will have to find a work around on this! Other that that its a very nice hot tub cover, and color and fit! I would highly recommend this company!

The Cover is nice, however it was suggested I purchase a vapor seal. So I did. However I have had the cover for a few weeks and no vapor seal.Not sure why this is taking so long and I actually thought it was something they would add to the cover before delivering.
