Excellent really works

Expensive, but best tape! Using for face as well.

Gets it for a friend who regularly uses it for leg pains… a “must have” for her. Too bad it’s so expensive.

In Hawaii my wife's family uses this all the time. Normally it is about $35 there, so being able to buy it at a reasonable price with really low shipping to the midwest was great. Originally my wife had asked for this for her knee because a cold front was moving in and she had prior knee surgery. I looked at reviews and ended up thinking that Kinetic tape was the same thing. They aren't. Rock tape is better than old bandages I use to play in as a kid, but did not help. She had purchased Titanium Phiten Strips Power Tape pre-cut 15 pcs New Version but ended up giving it away to my mom because my wife said it was too weak. We had even tried that with Rock Tape to hold it on, but it still peeled off during sleep. My wife says this has more titanium in it, and when she wraps it on she says "it makes her knee humm." I haven't tried it, but at least she's happy now and doesn't have issues going up and down the stairs. The inversion is gone, and all is right as rain.

Helped with the relief of pain in my foot

I use this tape as support for my partially ruptured Achilles tendon, which has now become tendonitis. If you tape it correctly (see YouTube videos) it really helps with walking. It lasts about a week for me.

Phiten tape adheres better than bargain brands, and roll allows cutting to the desired length as opposed to pre cut pieces.

I have sore muscles n the photon tape really helps the pain.

Amazing titanium tape ! It’s hard to believe something as simple as titanium tape would have such a huge effect on muscle pain and spasms . I don’t know what I would do with out this stuff ! I tell everyone about it !!!!

Lo que me gustó mucho es que no tardaron en entregar la cinta. En cuanto al producto es una maravilla para el dolor y desinflamar, en este caso fueron mis dos rodillas que me lastimé.

Under performs. I bought these phiten titanium discs, which work great and the tape, which barely works at all. I expected the same performance as the discs, which give relief almost immediately. But the tape takes days to give minimal relief. I do not recommend it all.
