Worked great. Keep the gasket from the old top
I needed to switch out the top section for the SoClean. They other top section had turned yellow after about 6 years. Took the top off the base, put the old top gasket on the new top and it went well. No leaks or anything. Their instructions say to transfer the old gasket too. Much better than paying much more for the same thing.

Have to jiggle it to seat correctly, otherwise it leaks air.

Works for Me
I had been using the same adapter for years on my SoClean machine and decided I needed a replacement. This adapter was installed on my machine and is working to perfection in cleaning my c-pap. I see no difference in looks or operation from the original. It comes with extra inside tubing in case the other needs changing. Super price.

Doesn't work with my ResMed Airsense 10 - doesn't fit, air escapes.
See picture: Took me about 1.5 weeks to figure out something was going on with it. My AirSense 10 and the SoClean are both tucked on a shelf under a bedside table (see picture) so I didn't see what was going on. I just knew that it "whistled" more that before I put in the SoClean (with this adapter).Today when I had the reservoir out to fill, but put it up on my bed, I tipped it back a bit after it was closed, and water poured out of it on my leg and onto the floor (from the spot I'm pointing to). What?? I experimented and saw the big leaks at the side of the gasket where the "latches" on the Tubing Adapter are (again, from the spot I'm pointing to). My thought: The latches are too flimsy and not made correctly. They don't sufficiently pull the Adapter down onto the gasket.In the picture, I'm pointing to the spot on the adapter and gasket where it leaks the most.My big bummer now is it took me too long to detect this, and I don't know where the heck I put the original top to the reservoir. I'm due for a new one anyway, so now I'm stepping up my attempts to get one (the place I need to go to get Medicare coverage is a hot mess).This is turning out to be a fiasco,but I'm really set on getting this SoClean2 to work, I can tell that it really cleans my CPAP. I bought the SoClean used - but the CPAP or Tubing Adapter. Yiish.

Replacing the top of the water tank with is was easy, and it works just fine.
