It doesn’t say on the label but it’s sweetened with stevia so I doubt there are any carbs.

Q: how's the taste? is it gritty/grainy after mix? does it mix well with water? did this help anyone with tensed muscles

It is not gritty and does mix well with water. The unflavored does have a flavor but its tolerable if you drink it quickly. It did not relax my muscles but may help you.
