Can I Return shoe to exchange for a wider shoe?

I purchased a pair of FitVille Extra Wide Walking Shoes for men Wide Width Sneakers for Flat Feet Size 10.5 Wide. I received a size 9.5. I returned the shoes and requested an exchange. I was told that the return was received and they will send a refund. I have not received a refund nor I have I received the shoes in the size that I originally requested. So after approximately a month I have not received the shoes in the size I requested and so far I have not received a refund of the money that I paid for the shoes.

The footbed is quite different for this shoe. Your toes are given much more room than other designs. I much prefer it. The pair I got was an 8.5 men's wide and they fit quite well. The heel is snug and supportive and the extra width give your toes a more natural feeling- they don't get squashed.
