My hair and nails love this supplement. The price is great and the results are amazing. My thinning hair is growing back and my nails are strong and beautiful. They are easy to swallow which keeps me consistent in the process.

I've gotten this brand for about a year and a half. It is the only Biotin I will use. It makes my nails and hair grow very fast. No taste. Easy to swallow eat meal with it for best absorption. Skin is glowing and healthy as well. For 3 months worth it is a great price. Definitely the most effective brand I have used.

Great product

Honest review: the bottle says take 1 daily, I took one in the morning and at night and I was getting weird bumps on my head and really bad headaches that went away after a couple days. So now I just take 1 for the whole day. I have noticed my hair is thicker and it really works for hair loss however the dry mouth thing is like waking up in the middle of the night needing water and you’ll need to continually drink water if you take this product. I bought 3 bottles to stock up on, honestly I probably wouldn’t buy it again just because I have dry mouth all day.

I am using this product because of splitting nails. After only three weeks, I feel that my nails are stronger, and the splitting has lessened. I will continue to use this product, hopefully to strengthen my nails even more. I would recommend this product based on recent results.
