This arrived in large heavy strapped cardboard box and requires assembly; the instructions are fairly clear and it takes about an hour to put together. This is a solid piece of kit and clearly multi-functional. I bought this specifically for the inversion element to help with lower back problems and on this front the equipment has a problem. The degree of inversion is set by the brake lever that is supposed to lock the table, but the inversion can only e set once you are on the table and inclined to the desired angle and then locking it in place. I found that whilst the table is on the horizontal and locked it held, but if you place it any inversion angle beyond the horizontal and have the lever fully locked and place your hands on your head as in the image shown on the website the table starts to invert despite the brake being engaged and can fully invert to 90 degrees. This was very uncomfortable and you lose confidence in the safety that the brake lever system is supposed to provide.
