Powerful
Together, these made a powerful mustard that really packed a crazy punch. Next time, I'll decrease the brown because it was almost wasabi-strong. Spicy but delicious!

Who doesn't like mustard
I never really considered making mustard, after all, you can buy it in any grocery store on the planet. While I was flipping through the internet on day, I saw a recipe for mustard that basically said you can make it any way you like, and I thought - Stone ground with Horseradish and a little Thai chili powder should make a nice version. I ordered double pack (one yellow, one brown) and quickly went to try my hand at making mustard. This stuff is amazing, throw in a little wine vinegar and you have a condiment that is fit for consumption. My only problem now is that I am making a batch every week and most of my latest experiments with cooking revolve around something that goes with mustard.Oh yeah, and it is good for adding some kick when pickling things like asparagus, mushrooms, peppers and cucumbers.

Good Product
I make mustard. These are great, can be ground up or left whole. They are also good for grinding to powder to use for anything that needs a mustard boost.

Smart Bundling
It's smart to bundle both the yellow and brown mustard seeds together as a pack. The weird thing about these seeds are that they don't really swell up when you soak them. Even a can of McCormick's mustard seeds will sprout, so it's weird that most if not all the seeds will not sprout either if that was your intention. Other than that, they are fine to use.
