Got to day the guarantee says you need to register on line to get extra 24 months. no valid web address but no issue got in touch with Amazon its added automatically so all good. Out of box casters were fitted in 2 minutes with a pair of scissors most people would find easy to assemble. plugged in. The appliance heated really quickly in 2-3 minutes' it warmed my room in about 5 minutes so I noticed it really gave of some good heat in a 13 ft x 11 room. Very quite couldn't here anything. nice simple controls on the side I pushed it out of room with a carpet to another room to store with no issue so no need to carry but not very heavy. Very happy with purchase well made simple to fit castors use controls good heat responsive turning up/down.

I'm well impressed with my 1500w oil free radiator - I've been using oil filled rads for about 3 decades +/- These oil-free 1500w rads are ideal for a one bedroom flat or any small to medium sized rooms. Or the garage etc. The oil filled rads are good - but they have their own issues like, when they're cooling down..they make loud tinging noises as the metal cools!! This is very quiet👍 This oil free radiator is better in every way!! For a start, it's much lighter in weight than the oil filled rad & picking it up one handed is very easy (I'm a 59yo man who has arthritis in both hands & wrists) But I found moving this about, a very simple task & the wheels run easily on carpet or hard floors. It was bought cheap, as the company are giving their products an upgrade, so everything new will now have an app with it - but I didn't want the app version..(a friend bought the app one & they said the app wasn't straight forward to use) - plus when tech crashes there's nothing you can do about it..so I decided to opt for one of these manually operated radiators instead, to be sure. The socket cable is long & can be tidied up, by being wound around a spool at the bottom front. The different types of temperature🌡️ choices are vast - I especially like the star * setting, which keeps the room just above freezing..so when I get home after working late at night, I know I'm coming home to a cozy warm home & another thing that' makes this better is the speed in which it heats up a cold room is incredibly fast..I wasn't sure at first, because it heated my living room up so quickly😆I thought I was imagining it ☺️..but I wasn't..it is fast!!!🔥 The castors & wheels on the bottom are simple to screw on & instead of there being a separate washer & nut..this one is now all in one..so screwing on the wheels is easy & pain free without, so many parts. I can't recommend this heater enough - especially if it's for someone like myself, who's starting to feel the affects of old age on the body or if you are buying it for an elderly relative who hates tech - they'll find it very simple to use. The quality of build feels excellent aswell, in my honest opinion, out of other similar heaters, I've owned..this wind hands down. I would have preferred it was all black..but I'm not complaining! Go buy one, before stocks run out 👌

Did a lot of research on what heater to get and this one ticked all the boxes. And so impressed, it’s so easy to use, heat is amazing from it, looks neat and tidy, heavy not to fall over but light enough to move around, highly recommend.

I used to have a 2KW one in the past. It lasted for many years and finally broke down. I decide to buy it from Dimplex again, because of the reliable quality that I had on last one. Plus I like the Oil free design, and it's ECO energy, saviing bills, also has the wheels for easy moving. When I was buying this time, I decided to go for 1.5 KW. Because of my previous 2KW was well too powerful, too hot and a bit heavy. I never needed to use the full power, always only on the low power. So I got smaller KW this time. This 1.5KW is still powerful. Heats up quickly and keep the room warm and hot constantly. This 1.5KW is also less noisy than my previous old one. It doesn't really make any noise unless I use the thermostat. When the thermostat is on, it's just a bit flickering sound on and off sometimes, not too loud. Really happy with this 1.5KW oil free ECO radiator!!! Definitely worth getting it!!!

Lovely product pls stop buying cheaper radiators, this is the perfect product for you!stop wasting money, this is 66pound or so compared to the cheaper once it might look expensive, but this is the cheap it give me peace and joy, I hope you get the message just add it to your basket and pay

This is great. Heats up very quickly and kicks out a lot of heat. Our bathroom has no insulation or heating anywhere so is absolutely freezing and damp. Out this on whole bath is running and by time bath is ready the room is nice and warm. Pleasantly surprised with how good it is

I've bought this as a spare one ,took two minutes to put the wheels on , very easy.tested it out and it's very good it heated my front room very quickly.i have one for upstairs (another Dimplex)I've had it for years and still excellent.would recommend this make...

I purchased the heater in March 2023, so towards the end of winter and it died December 2025, while it work well and heated my livingroom beautiful, for a respected name brand I would have expected to get more then 1 winter out of it. To be honest I am not in my livingroom very often either so it was lightly used. The longevity just isn't there with this heater, for the price I wouldn't recommend it.
