Arrived quickly, kinda thick but good tasting. Not sure about benefits of product a little to soon to tell. Overall I would say ok product no bad side effects so just waiting on good benefits to kick in...

Used short term
I only used it for a little while as it seemed not to work well with my other supplements. I was having dizziness and light headed reaction so I discontinued taking it after a couple of weeks. I tried to mix it into my face cream to help with wrinkles but didn't notice improvement. I might be what I am taking or that I am not in need of this supplement at this time.
