Look good 👍 and work good

Every time a new home health aide comes to my house they tell me they've never seen a hair washer like this one. They have all been consistently amazed at how well it works. I don't need a towel around my neck and not one drop of water gets through. I'd like the "handle" (the part I put over my arm) to be a little longer, but it's not too bad. This board fits into my kitchen sink well (I was a little worried before I used it because some of the reviews said it wouldn't work there.) I'm a pretty heavy lady, but it fits my neck very comfortably. It is easy to wipe down after use and doesn't take up a lot of space to store. I rarely give 5-star ratings, but this definitely deserves it.

Works very well except for the neck. It is way too narrow for a big man. I had to stuff towels in the hole where his neck should have slid into. While it made my work a little easier it would be much better if they made a larger neck for larger people.

Required too much effort to wash my moms hair

I created game playing with my daughters. Crystal salon is only open Sat and Sun. They called and made an appointment. I imagined how to rinse hair without making the floor wet. Quickly searched on morning Sat and the item can be delivered on Sun. It arrived just right time for me to keep the appointment. Fun activity and have learned no tangled hair, super easy comb when use shampoo and conditioner properly. My hubby also participated and enjoyed!

This washing tray would function better if it was well designed to fit the neck. To prevent leaks, the neck curve should be angled in alignment with the neck when bent backward. And the whole unit should be constructed to fit below the neck hairline so that this lower section of hair can be washed effectively. Also, at this price, couldn't hey make the strap adjustable. I wonder if a cheaper version would work about the same moderate function with leaks and limited access to hair at the nape of the neck.

As I was reading the instructions, I noticed the straps for balancing it on the client's shoulders is missing

I purchased this, a 63X56 Barber Cape with snap closures, and silicone swimming earplugs from Amazon, and now hair can easily be washed at the kitchen sink without any problems. Before using this, the floor and cabinets would get wet, and inner ears would too. This works well for anyone who cannot wash their own hair. Together, these products have made life so much easier.
