I was a little nervous that this wouldn't fit, but figured I'd give it a shot and return it if needed - I bought an old size 10 (ish) dress form on marketplace and wanted to protect the original foam a bit more, so I purchased this. It was really easy to put on, and fit nicely. I wish it was a few inches longer, but since my dress form is older maybe it's just longer than standard ones today. Either way, it covered what I wanted to cover and worked out really well.

I bought several of these to cover vintage dress forms (ugly, old, brown) for a museum display. The display looks to ice now with the covered forms under the clothes.
