New TV's just don't have all the ports on back like they should for all the game consoles, DVR's etc Plus a lot of times when you hang a TV on the wall the bracket covers the ports. So this worked out perfect. Just plugged it in and put it on the TV table and can hook up several things to it. Works great because it has a remote control. My old one didn't and I love that option. Great little gadget to have, highly recommend!

This thing definitely works great...the only issue is that every remote I use for my tv, dvd player, etc, interferes with it and deactivates the 'channel' that I have it on, so I then have to get the right remote and put it back to the channel that I want, which is very annoying.

I have a new TV and a bunch of old units that i needed to plug into the single set of plugs it came with- without converting everything to hdmi. I have a dvd player, security cams, ps2, and a vcr to playback the cam recordings. With this i can switch between them with ease. With the added remote i dont have to walk over and switch them out on the back of the wall mounted TV. Before it was a pain getting the flashlight and trying ti squeeze my hads between it and the wall to guess what plug gies where and takes 10 min to switch it out and then again to switch back. Makes life just a bit more simple and that is plenty worth it to me. Cinnections are great. No visable sound or video distortion. Works as advertised.

Works great for a week then keeps flickering on and off. Then nothing so I unplug it.. If I plug it in a few hours later it only works for a minute or 2 before it stops working. All the connections are perfect so I think it heats up inside and shuts down. I don't want my house to burn down so I already ordered a different one

A solid product that installs quickly and works well. I use this to shuttle DVD players, Xbox one output and cable output to a set of headphones. Switching is seamless. The product is well-designed and sturdy.

The unit itself is ok. Shape not really my preference but ok. Problem I have is that other remotes, Roku for example, activates some features on the switch. Just FYI

The product is noisy. There is bleed over from one channel to the next, as in input 3 is currently playing music from my Bluetooth I can still hear it faintly if I switch over to channel 4.If the unit is powered on, there seems to always be a slight hiss coming through the speakers.The hexagonal design means that 5 sides have wires coming out, making it impossible to fit into a small space or look clean. Moving it is also a pain, since, again due to design, there is no direction I can move it without putting strain on at least one of the inputs.

This thing has made all my hopes and dreams of becoming the laziest person I can be one step closer to becoming a reality. Before I had this device, I had to walk three steps across the living room to push a button to switch my audio inputs for my giant-speakered, gut-rumbling ,80's-era component stereo. This task can now be accomplished with the mere press of a button. Now I can focus on become as sedimentary as humanly possible.
