I believe it's zero alcohol. Not 100% sure. I threw this product in the garbage after a couple of sips. Very disappointed in this product. HORRIBLE taste.

Q: Does this have any artificial sweeteners?

Not from what I can tell. It is a very good product andd would recommend it. I have an issue with artificial sugars. And have had no issues at all.
