Beautiful Set!
I was very reluctant to purchase furniture off of the internet as you often hear of the horrors of receiving damaged parts, pieces missing etc. This dining set arrived quick and with no damage to it. It was packaged nicely and it is very easy to put together. All you do is screw in the screws with the provided Hex wrench. The table and 1st box of chairs I had no problems putting together. The 2nd set of chairs I had trouble screwing in the back side of chair cushion with the frame. I finally got it when I stuck the screws in the holes, held and aligned the frame to the cushion. I polished the table top and was good to go.They ship the parts of the table stapled to the underside with fabric, so you have to cut around the staples unless you have a nail/staple remover used for upholstery or pliers. I plan to do that later. All in all I am very pleased with my purchase.PS...My cat thinks the bottom table is for him!

BOLTS NOT secured in shipping box and also PAINT IN GROOVES??!! ROCK HARD chair seats!
This set is a good sturdy dining set and so far am pleased with the quality of the construction, but had a difficult time with the screw bolts as they had blue paint on the ends of them in the grooves so they are IMPOSSIBLE TO SCREW INTO THE CHAIRS with the Allen wrenches they supplied. HAVE NO IDEA WHY THEY WOULD DO THAT!!!!!!!! Tried to remove the paint by soaking them in mineral spirits and paint thinner and using a wire brush. That did NOTHING! SO, finally decided to use the electric screwdriver and that worked but you have to be careful as it can strip the Allen wrench hole easily. The directions, which are ONLY pictures, don't show all the places the bolts go into. There are 2 on each leg--not just 1. The hardware were put into red bags stapled to the underside of the seats in one box, but somehow they escaped from the bags and were all over in the box, including in cubby holes of bottom of chairs, so check box and plastic coverings CAREFULLY to be sure to get them all. The other box the hardware for the chairs was in a zip lock bag so they were ALL IN THE BAG. The table goes together easily, even though those bolts also had paint in the grooves. I tried sitting on one of the seats and it is hard as a rock but I kneaded hard down on the seats all over the surface and it seemed like we will be able to soften them up when they are fully put together. For these reasons, I only give it 3 stars as do not think we should have to work this hard to get them simply screwed together and am not pleased with how hard the seats are to sit on--ABSOLUTELY NO GIVE IN THEM WHEN YOU SIT DOWN!!! Hoping they will soften as we use them as the fabric is really pretty blue cloth and the set looks nice.Other than that, they were packed well, even if the tape holding the boxes were loose in areas. It was hard to remove the strapping fabric from the bottom of the tabletop (holding the shelf in place) but that just showed how well they had packed it. I merely cut the straps and then used a needle-nose pliers to twist the straps and some of the many staples from the underside. Since there is a lip on the bottom of the tabletop, you really wouldn't have to even remove the strap ends and staples as they wouldn't show if you cut the straps close to the staples. I just wanted to have them completely removed. The small shelf under tabletop is 21-1/2" diameter. It ships in 3 boxes (table in one and 2 chairs in the other two boxes). They will deliver and bring inside your front door. There ARE 4 chairs, but we didn't have the 4th chair assembled yet when I took the picture of them set up.

Table damaged, and hard to put together
I fell in love when I saw it online... and I was hoping it looked just as it did online. Everything looked good... until it came time to set up the table. They tied as staples all parts to the actual table. The stables obviously were industrial and damaged the actual table on the bottom end. The pieces were tight with pieces of linen, but a ridiculous amount of stables were used. It took me over 1 hr to remove half of them carefully, but even at that the table got damaged. I was soooo upset I was going to give up, but I really liked the set, so my husband told me to calm down. After we set up everything and turned the table I see the scrapes and was super bummed. I have never been disappointed with my purchases... but I guess nothing can be perfect.

Beautiful
Must say how pleased I was when I opened the boxes to inspect the merchandise and everything was in perfect condition - there where no damages whatsoever that made me very happy comparing some of the reviews that I had read made me think should I cancel my order but I’m glad I didn’t - I’m a 59 year old woman and I enjoyed putting the table together it was easy for I have done this before and the chairs were easy too - maybe it was luck that everything arrived in great condition - the blue paint or glue how some people call it - it’s there for a reason

So happy after months of doubts
I had so many doubts about purchasing this dining set online. I fear the seats were not firm, the color might be off, or the item looked nothing like it did online. I'm so happy I finally took a leap of faith and purchased it! It was exactly what I had in mind; firm seats, quality, exact color as online, sturdy and the perfect size for my small dining room. Tip: get the assembly services! It's worth every penny to get the professionals to put this together. That what I ended up doing and started enjoying my dining set right away.

Table is very sturdy and has a nice finish
Table is very sturdy and has a nice finish, the downside is the top of the table where the band of rivets/buttons should butt up to the edge of the table doesnt, it's a 1/8 gap all the way around. The chairs have nice fabric and color, true to there picture, the downside is one of the legs didn't have any threads to put the screw in and tighten down.

Looks nice, poor quality
The delivery was nice and easy and convenient and on time. The product itself is unfortunately a cheaper quality than I had expected and hoped for. It’s scratches fairly easily. Knowing this I probably would not have purchased this table. The chairs are OK. The legs loosen up now and then and we have to retake in them occasionally.
