Here's a bit of backstory: I have never before had sensitive skin. A bit of dryness occasionally, but even that was rare. I could use any product off of the shelf and it worked 95% of the time. That is, until I tried Neutrogena's 'Deep Clean' and it absolutely destroyed my skin. Within two days I had a bright red, peeling, itchy rash from my cheeks down. Anything and everything burned. The gentlest moisturizers, delicate soaps, even water. I couldn't go near my face. And that's what caused me to break out. My face erupted into 100 mini volcanoes on a sea of peeling skin - well s***, now what? An intense Amazon search ensued and I ended up selecting this product, and let me tell you, it's a life saver. It was the only product that did not burn my very irritated skin. The rash quickly cleared up (within 24 hours), the acne too - I'm happy to say I no longer look like a monster from a child's nightmares. It leaves your skin feeling silky smooth, clean, and well hydrated. I generally have slightly oily skin and I have not yet had a problem with this causing any excess oil, so that's a plus if you have combination skin like I do. While it does say fragrance-free, it does have a very slight babyish scent to it. Overall I am pretty happy with this face wash. It's good for acne, gentle enough to use on eye makeup, and leaves your skin feeling softer than a baby's bottom.

This is so calming,gental and sweet to the skin. When you are red and irritated or just have very sensitive skin this works great. It comes out as a foam and it also good for makeup removal. The size is good for the price too, you aren't getting no tiny sample size of this. This also has secure pump in the bottle so you can store however and not worry about it leaking

I’ve always had sensitive skin and after severe burns, allergies, melanoma, and autoimmune issues along with extremely early menopause 15 years ago I’ve had to be very particular with skin care. My daughter and husband both get irritated skin from any type of harsh face wash, my husband’s dry’s out easily especially due to shaving and my daughter had deep tissue cystic acne because of hormone imbalance. I’ve bought many super expensive facial products even though our dermatologist. My daughter knew over drying cleansers would counteract some of the acne present but, would only cause more issues because of the way your skin sends more oil to compensate for dry skin. This is the only otc skin care brand that has worked well for all of us. Save your money on super expensive brands out there at least for this face wash. I still maintain using other products for my skin care regimen but, this is a great product. The only thing I personally am careful with is not using it around my eyes as it does irritate them if I happen to of wore makeup so I use a special wash to remove eye makeup. Aveeno is one otc product that our family has had great luck with.

Great product works well, but for me, only works when you consistently use it, which I forget to do. I've used this off and on for years, and if you use it daily, it will keep the redness down. I use it with the calming moisturizer for the best results. I do not have rosecea, i just have a little bit of redness on my cheeks and chin, enough redness to bug me sometimes. But this stuff calms it down in about 2 days, but only if I use it consistently. My red patches will come back if I miss a few days. Its worth the money and has a lightweight smell that's fresh and clean, almost no smell at all. 1 pump with a little water in your hands washes my entire face (without makeup on) I only wear facepowder, so I'm not sure how well this works if you're wearing alot of make-up. Overall it's worth it regardless of makeup or not. I will continue using using this product for years to come.

this face wash is fantastic! i LOVE foaming cleansers ( i never feel like i have a clean face if i use a gel or milky cleanser), but most foaming face washes strip the heck out of my skin making it tight and red and itchy and irritated. this stuff is fragrance free and simple and does what it's supposed to do. i don't feel like my face is stripped after using it but i also don't feel like it moisturizes, so i definitely have to use a moisturizer after it. i have had a hard time finding this in stores and was only able to find it on amazon so i am hoping they are not discontinuing or reformulating it because it's such a great cleanser. i can't speak about the quality of their other products but this is fantastic for my skin type.

I really love this. My skin is super sensitive. This is a brand my dermatologist recommended. My face breaks out regularly. I use this every day and it keeps my soft and clean, and free from breaking out as long as I use it.

I really didn’t know how to rate this item. The cleanser is terrific. Left my skin feeling moist but not oily and some redness lessened. Unfortunately, after about two weeks of every other day use, the pump broke. It feels like it’s frozen and if I press down hard, I can sometimes get it to work but even then only a little cleanser comes out. Thinking it might be jammed with soap, I let it soak in hot water but no go. I now pour the liquid into my hand to use. It still cleans my face but there’s no soft foam.

I love, love, love this face wash. I had wanted something that felt soft and silky while washing my face, but also did a nice job cleaning my somewhat temperamental skin. This is it! It is calming, not harsh at all, but leaves my skin feeling good and clean. It is amazing to find a product that feel soothing, and leaves a good deep clean. My daughter loves it too. For the both of us to love the same face wash is really something. I’m 42, she is 17, and we both occasionally struggle with outbreaks. Our shared shower can easily be filled with too many products. This is one we agree on! I will without a doubt reorder this! Glad I gave it a shot, one of the best purchases I’ve made for myself in a long time. I’ve tried so many others that I could list, but trust me this is where it’s at!

Me encantó este producto, aunque es muy suave y delicado sí limpia bien mi piel que es normal a seca. No huele a nada, no me irrita, no me deja la piel roja y mucho menos tirante y el plus es que el precio es super competente y llegó en 24hrs con Prime. Insuperable!

Este limpiador es ideal si tienes una piel sensible, predisponente a las rojeses, sequedad y otros factores. realiza una limpieza ideal sin dejar la sensación de tirantez. el olor es agradable y no necesitas demasiado producto para tener esa sensación de limpieza. Dentro de la rutina del doble/triple limpieza es fenomenal! Todos tenemos diferentes tipo de piel y problemas que abordar pero definitivamente si quieres tener una piel sana e hidratada este es tu producto! Espero que os haya servido de ayuda!

removes makeup really good

I have always suffered with very sensitive skin on my face, I struggle to find even the mildest facial cleaners which don't upset my skin. I really have tried everything over the years. I have been using this product for around 9 months now and from day 1 it banished my irritable flaky skin! I have never been able to use any soap or facial washes on my face until this! It may be mild but it removes all of my make up (except mascara obviously!). I also use the Aveeno eczema therapy moisturiser ( the one with the blue lid - also only available from the US) and I can honestly say that my skin has never been better, even my friends have commented. I am now able to wear foundation (never could before as it would cling to the flaky areas of my face and look awful). If you have sensitive skin, give this a try!! I use it every day and each bottle lasts around 4 months - so it's great value for money too. I am just about to order my 3rd bottle as I do not want to run out, EVER!
