I thought long and hard before buying this machine. Read a ton of intervies, watched a lot of videos. So I eventually ordered one and it came in, nearly complete, very minimul assembly.... It took longer to unbox but it really is the size of a suitcase. Ialso ordered the head rest and leg extension package. It was not cheap by any means, but I am pleasently surprised at how well it is built and the tough construction. I am legally blind and mostly homebound so going somewhere to work out is not an option. The fact that ut is so adaptable makes it a perfect pieceof equipment. Now...goiven all that you will not be bulking up like Arnold S,, you won't get the drfinition of Jet Li...but you will have a wonderfully made, adaptable platform to do basic body work and exercises. At 73 I won;t be toting around the country or neighborhood, but it is portable and easy to store...and the best thing? It's not going to be an adjunct clothes hanger like that treadmill! Well worth it all the way around.....oh! and I bought it on Amazon because it may be cheaper to buy from the factory...but I could never get an actual person on the phone if I had any issues and with Amazon the return policy was much better,,,but no worries...this thing will outlast me!

Another product that I wad skeptical over, you know thr saying if something is to good to br true.....Well this little machine delivers a good workout in a small foot print that is easily collapsed for storage or transportation.Being disabled I look for products that are easy to use yet still can deliver results, this machine delivers what it says.Your not going to build huge mass, so let's be real.....but you will build definition and strength. You can always super set to get around the fact that thr resistance is a combined 130 lbs.Machine is so easy to use even my grandson can use it

Just what I was looking for. I got the one that comes with headrest as well. Can move room to room but it is a bit heavy. Compact and gives a decent workout. I wouldn't recommend if you're a bodybuilder, but at home workout it's a good piece of equipment.

The total flex L seems to be a good product. It was easy to assemble. It’s easy to change around for different exercises.My concern is their website advertises that it comes with a wall chart to display on how to perform each exercise along with a meal guide. Neither of these were in the box. My biggest complaint is that I cannot find a legitimate phone number nor email address to contact customer support about this issue. Every phone number I can find tells me that this number is not in service and every email address I find I get a delivery notification telling me it’s an invalid email. This is very discouraging !!!!!!!!!

This is a great compact exercise system. It is so easy to use and setup. It doesn't take up much room. I placed mine in a location that each time I walk in that area I do a few reps making it easy to meet my exercise goals throughout the day. At times it hard to dedicate 30-45 minutes to just workout but I'm able to get exercise in bite size dosages throughout the day using this machine. The online videos are very helpful and has everything you need to use the machine for a good workout. Great investment.

Love this bench. Easy to assemble. Easy to adjust. Doesn't take up much room. Well made. Lots of YouTube videos are available by 3rd parties to help with exercises.

The idea is not bad. While the bench legs seemed pretty strong, the unit still seemed kind of wobbly and cheaply made. The foam for the leg curl extenstion was not very comfortable, and they aren't secured, so they slide off while in use. For someone my height, when the bench is fully extended, it's kind of short. It just really didn't meet my expectations. I did like that it could fold up and be put away, but that's about all.consider also that though you can get different resistance bands, at some point you'll be limited to how much you can do. Also, while this unit offers various kinds of exercises, some of them just cannot be comfortably done on the bench.So I ended up returning mine. I'm not gonna say it was complete crap, because it was not. I just couldn't enjoy mine.

I have not found a thing I don't love about this product. The Total Flex L (with performance pack) is way more machine than I could ask for, especially for the price. I live in a small apartment, so space is at a premium. Setup was easy and only took a short time once I understood how to install the bands for the leg workout side (more complete instructions would be helpful).The first few days I folded the FLEX up and put it against the wall, but since I was using it more and more, I realized I could leave it setup and just slide it against the wall and it still did not get in the way. It is plenty big for some of us larger people. I'm 5' 10" and was at 249 lbs when I started, now down to 209 lbs so far (not all due to working out). But the point being, I would not hesitate to buy it again. A lot of bang for the buck!User in Bremerton, WA.
