Intensive Repair Essential Oil Balm, Body Balm for Very Dry Skin with Skin Essential Oils Shea Butter and Sunflower Oil, 7 Oz, Pack of 1

This is very oily, but excellent as an after-bath moisturizer all over, for dry skin. Also, great for using on feet before putting on your socks and shoes. It is also excellent for restoring dry hands. You can uses little alone, or heavier, under cotton gloves for sleeping. I wear it under a fingerless glove in the daytime in cooler weather. It's better for hydration than many of the costly lotions and oils I've tried. I'm a repeat buyer.

I couldn't decide between the "Oil Balm" and "Roughness Relief Cream" so I bought both. End result is I like both - but for different things. I have tiny, hard little bumps behind my knees and on my feet - I don't know why - and the Roughness Relief Cream helps keep them under control. They don't go away completely, but it has exfoliating properties and when I use it regularly (2-3x a week) they become much less noticeable. I also have dry flaky skin on my arms and legs and the Oil Balm helps that. As you can see in the picture, the Oil Balm is greasier - truly an "oily balm". It doesn't disappear when you rub it in. It leaves your skin feeling greasy and shiny, which I actually like, but some people wouldn't. On the other hand, the Roughness Relief Cream is a cream, so when you rub it in, it absorbs into the skin and the skin doesn't really look any different. As for the stars, I gave the scent 5 stars but I really can't smell it at all and I don't have sensitive skin so I don't know about that. But I hope the comparison between these two products will help if you're trying to decide.

I was not sure I'd like this moisturizer, but I do now that I've used it. When you first look at it, you think it's like Vaseline. Appears the same, but it's lighter and spreads beautifully. I put it on after my shower, then put on my robe until it absorbs so I don't get it on my clothes. I've been using it for a while now and have grown to love it. It was not easy to find so I bought two from Amazon right away. I'd try it first to see if you can deal with the 'greasiness' that you initially find but trust me your skin needs it! The smell is subtle so it's not offensive and dissipates after you have it on. It is not like the 'essential oil' smells which I can't tolerate!!

I've been in peri menopause for a few years and my face got very, very dry. I tried different moisturizing creams, and nothing would really work. The intensive repair essential oil balm is amazing and the only product that has really helped moisturize my face. Texture is Vaseline like so a little goes a long way on the face. My face is no longer dry and has a glow to it. Thank you, Eucerin for making this fantastic product! I also really like that it doesn't have a scent. I highly recommend if you have dry or very dry skin. I use this product on my face, and it can also be used on the body.

I love this balm!! I can’t find it in the stores anymore so I have to buy it here. I love slathering it on after my shower when I am still a bit damp. I also put it on before dates when I want my legs to look nice and shiny.

Initially a little greasy feeling but dries down like a thick body oil, it feels much better than smearing other petrolatum based products over your entire body if you have any dry skin condition that needs layers of moisture locked in this will help. No strong scent so won’t interfere with scented lotion. A little can go a long way but as it got colder I used more pretty generously and quickly.

Both my husband and I use this product and find it to be the best we have found for dry skin and we have tried many. This product penetrates into the skin to keep it from getting dry and doesn’t just lay on the top and wash off. Please do not discontinue this product. I hope Amazon will find out why it is not currently available and get it back.

This is the best product if you want your skin to be soft (elbow and knee part). Super sticky but effective.
