A noticeable difference in the speed and sharpness of thought processes, and I no longer feel like sleeping. Great for organizing your thoughts. Don’t overdo it, take breaks between courses—the dosage isn’t healthy for your liver.

Bought for hubby on recommendation from his specialist for a skin issue. They are apparently easy to swallow despite being quite a large tablet. Seems to be tolerating them so far . Good value size bottle. He says there's no real taste to them.

Can't really comment on quality on the tablets but I am surprised that they arrived in a very thin see through plastic bottle which does not look suitable for storing medicines. Also the photo on the site shows a dark bottle. It makes me wander if this is a quality producer . Especially that instructions say to store in a dark place . Certainly packaging does not help with it

Like donkey tablets...Hard to swallow. Not a nice taste but after a few days I started feeling the benefits of Vitamin B3.. They are worth the taste and discomfort.
