To use, remove the wrapper and apply the pad to your underwear, positioning it in the center with the adhesive strip facing out. Press down gently to ensure it sticks. Change every 4-6 hours or as needed. To dispose, wrap used pad in tissue or toilet paper and place in the trash. Do not flush.
