I have been wanting to try Madeira embroidery thread for some time and this allowed me to do just that without spending a fortune. I am so pleased with all the colors and love the storage/carrying case. It keeps all the spools neatly together, and the clear case allows me to see the colors when trying to decide which thread to use. The spools do not have as much thread on them as larger spools, but gives me plenty for many embroidery projects. The threads are so bright and pretty, and look great on all my projects! I have had no problems while sewing on any of my machines. I would love more Incredible Threadable boxes like this with more Madeira colors available, or maybe offer the same deal allowing the customer to choose what 80 thread colors to include in it. Maybe I could get all the Madeira colors I want then!! Thanks for the Incredible deal!

I have bought many boxes of threads from various brands in the past to hav “extra” colors in case they are needed to prevent a run to the store or waiting on them to arrive in the mail. This one is my favorite by far.

I purchased another brand before I purchased these...I returned the other brand because the thread kept breaking. I have made a few things and glad to say, rather easy job with one or two thread colors, or one I did with 22 colors, this thread did not break and is beautiful when design is finished...definitely worth the money

I bought this set a few years ago. The thread is great. However, the problem I ran into is that when I ran out of one color half way through a project, I ordered it from a Madera reseller, thinking that it would be the same color. However, the color I received was of a noticeably different shade. I contacted the reseller, and they confirmed that they sell an original Madeira thread and don't know why it didn't match the same # color in this kit. Advice: don't start a project if you are not sure you will have enough thread of the desired color from this kit to complete it. :)

The case arrived intact and plastic wrapped. But missing the Design CD of patterns that is supposed to come with the thread.

Very good quality thread. Cheaper thread is available, but this seems to be the gold standard. Colors offer a good range of basics for someone just getting into machine embroidery.

I have used so many of the colors in this set! Poor quality threads are thin and will fray, but this is a good quality thread and great sheen. The price is great also. Highly recommend this purchase.

I have the thread for my machine but haven't tried it yet. My Sister bought some of this thread and said it was a very good thread for my machine. I love the package it is in and the thread is very beautiful. It has little holes into the plastic container that it is in so you don't have to take it out of the package, just feed the thread through the holes and sew. It is candy for any embroidery machine sewer.
