Looking Slimmer Requires A Bit Of Sacrifice!!
This thing fits as snug as it's supposed to I guess but the trick is just getting in it. Make sure you go get rid of "everything" in the bathroom that you can, then locate yourself to a cool comfortable area. This is because once you begin the ordeal of getting INTO this contraption, you will be tired out and worked up a major sweat once you have Finally gotten in and have reworked your body parts to where they should be located. Wearing this thing is also an exercise of training your bladder to hold your fluid much longer, because once this comes off, most users won't be looking to run through the ritual a second time in one day. Here's a tip that I found out the hard way. Sit down & roll the top down so it's inside out, all the way down to the waist. Then put ONE leg in at a time and work that pant part up your leg until the crotch seem has comfortably fully reached the groin area. Then put in the other leg and work it up as well. Then you need to stand up and insure you can work the suit fully over the buttocks and make sure there is no slack distance between the the crotch seem & your groin. This is to insure there won't be any "restriction" in your leg activities. At this point, begin rolling the torso portion of your suit up over your waist, stomach and chest. This will take some working because you have to work the shoulder straps up high enough to slide an arm in underneath, one at a time. Once you have worked the straps up high enough that they don't feel like they're trying to pull your shoulders down to the floor, then you are pretty much in. If any body parts or rolls feel too extended out of place at that point, spend a little time adjusting the suit and\or body until you feel properly aligned.I should go ahead and point out that with the compression intensity, it's going to be a bit harder to breathe but what's a little sacrifice to bring that belly in to look better, right? Just make sure that IF you are looking to go with a smaller size than what your body calls for (via the sizing chart), that your "actual size" is not at the top-end of the size you should be getting. Otherwise, you'll be having to lose some weight first to just get this thing on. This bodysuit definitely does what it is supposed to do and it makes me look a couple of sizes smaller. I would have given this item a Five-Star Rating if wasn't such a hassle getting in to. Oh, and the hatch that opens in the buttocks area, don't even think of trying to do a number 2 through that thing. The suit compression on the buttocks is too great to move anything more than a swizzle-stick. All-in all, it's a nice compression suit but most users won't be able to stay in it more than two-to-three hours at a time. Hope this review helps! :-)

so he knew what I meant when I said to do it like I do when I put mine on
Ordered for hubby. His measurements are 47 chest 49 belly and 48 waist. He is 6'3", 270ish lbs and very hip centered. His normal size is a tall XXL. Got him a large based on other reviews and it fit perfectly. Took about two inches off of him overall and he was able to fit into his suits again.I see many reviewers having trouble getting this bodysuit on. The trick is to pull it all up at once, similar to how you might put a sock on. Give it some jumps when you pull up. Make sure the legs of the suit do not go onto your knee. Husband was able to get it up in just a couple of minutes. Luckily, he has watched me do the "Spanx jump and jiggle" for quite a few years, so he knew what I meant when I said to do it like I do when I put mine on. Its a funny looking method, but very effective. If you do not pull it up enough in the underarms, it will dig into your shoulders. I hope this helps some of you guys struggling. He is also the type of guy who will sweat doing any sort of small motion; he said it wasn't too hot, but he would not recommend wearing it over 6 hrs is possible. Also, that gussett in the rear is a good idea, but not well planned for the average guy.Reminds me of a wrestlers outfit and is very well made. The crotch area is cotton similar to a T-shirt or cotton boxer brief.

Awesome - In depth review from a FAT guy
I ordered the 4x and it was WAY too big. Emailed Underworks and they sent me a replacement (after I sent back the original) that fit perfectly. The customer service was prompt and courteous. I'm glad I ordered this suit from them!I am a 6'2, 355lb male, who wears 3XLT or 4XL t-shirts and 46x30 pants. My belly sticks out a bit (okay..a lot..it's like a spare tire around my waist) so I need the extra length in my shirts. That being said, I figured the 4x would be a safe choice to get. I was wrong! The chest was super loose on me (I believe my chest is only 54") as well as the thighs (29" around). The belly fit was okay (my belly is 60"), but it could have been a bit tighter.I asked for a 2XL replacement and it fits perfectly. It's snug on my belly, thighs, and chest now which is great because this suit really helps suck me in EVERYWHERE. As a guy trying to lose weight, this has really helped boost my confidence enough to go out in public and leave my house heh. While it is snug everywhere, it isn't too snug. I read reviews saying the shoulder straps hurt but mine have been completely fine and do not hurt me. I'd imagine they might hurt if I were any taller but the proportions of this suit seem to fit me extremely well.So far the fabric seems to be holding up after about 3 weeks of use. It feels very sturdily built and made of very high quality material. As a fat guy, I'm use to having clothes rip apart after just a few weeks of use and this hasn't happened yet. I have washed it many times now as well and have not noticed any defects that would cause alarm. If this suit holds up for about a year with the average use I give it (walking around or sitting down for 8 hours a day) than I will be extremely happy.Putting on the suit is also pretty easy. You just slide it on like a pair of pants. Don't try putting it on from the top down as that would almost be impossible. Also, don't try to put on this suit after a shower unless you gave yourself 1-2 hours to dry off. Trying to slip this suit on when your skin is damp at all is VERY HARD. It just sticks to you and I literally had to struggle for 5 minutes to get it on (which felt like an eternity as a fat guy). When your skin is dry though, this thing just slips right on in about 20 seconds.I also want to mention one awesome bonus of this suit. It makes me stand up straighter and supports my back! I noticed walking around in this thing that I no longer get any lower back pain at all. I'd only be able to walk for about 50 minutes before my back started to hurt pretty bad and this has fixed that issue.I included my measurements below so people my size know what might fit them. Reading other reviews, it was hard to judge what size I should get. I hope this helps!TLDR: Awesome product - Great company who has good customer service. Here is what I got for my size:2 XL Black Compression BodysuitMy Measurements:60" Belly - 54" Chest - 46" Waist - 29" ThighsIf your chest and thighs are slightly bigger than mine you'll probably want a 3XL. If your chest/thighs are smaller than mine an XL would fit just fine. Only get the 4XL if your waist is 54-58" and your chest is 60"+ or it will be to loose.UPDATE: 3/4/2015 - Well the suit lasted me for 11 months. I honestly can say that I'm impressed it lasted this long, as most big guys know, s*** just rips after a while. I enjoyed this immensely and I'm about to reorder the suit in both white and black! Hopefully, as I continue to slowly lose weight, the product will last longer!

Great price for a great product love it.
Love this product is the right size. The material is great is really strong but soft. Easy to get into and get out. It has to openings for easy use of the restroom. Not to thight just enough to compress some stomach rolls easy to move. I'll be buying one for every day. So excited.

Material ripped within the first month
I have been a very loyal Underworks customer for approximately 3 years and have always been extremely satisfied with the products I’ve purchased however, after my most resent purchase , I’m beginning to feel differently. It arrived on time, fit as expected and was the same quality that I’m accustomed to, or so I thought. After less than a month of use(wearing it 3-4 days per week and following manufacturing washing/drying instructions), I noticed a rather large tear in the backside, just above the zipper flap in the back) Needless to say, I’m not very pleased and will hopefully be able to receive a refund or an exchange.

Good quality - read reviews for accurate sizing
I was a bit surprised at the size we ordered. My husband normally is a 3XL & is 6’ 5” so I thought we’d need that or a 4XL. Based on another review, we decided on a 2XL & that was a great choice. Very slimming, not the easiest to put on but that was expected as it’s a compression suit. If not for the price, my husband would want to wear them every day.

Definitely works.
Straps can dig in a bit; would have gone with one with sleeves if I had realized they'd do that? Otherwise perfect!
