This is a great ice pack for your shoulder. It is great to use on your shoulder if you do not have to ice your shoulder through any bandages. I did find that with thick bandages on…this ice pack wasn’t much help for me. The ice pack was easy to secure using the straps. I did not find that the ice pack leaked at all. As a helpful tip: when putting it in freezer I would suggest storing in a storage plastic bag. As without one freezer burn starts to happen on ice pack and is kinda annoying when you go to ice your shoulder. When using the plastic bag this didn’t happen. This ice pack is definitely a keeper in our book though.

Si on se donne la peine de regarder sur Amazon,il y en a de bien moins cher il n’y a pas de housse pour mettre dessus quand ça dégèle ça dégoûte sur nous c’est humidité chaud et froid mais assez confortable
