Customer service at its finest!!!!!!!!
Ordered these pant for a street bike i purchased, as i have offroad gear from Klim that i love, and the shipping company delivered to the wrong address.I contacted Klim via the Amazon messenger and Shelby took care of EVERYTHING, she stayed in contact with me until the replacement pants arrived. So pleased with the pants and the customer service afforded to me. GREAT JOB Shelby and thank you so much.

Great Pants for Daily Commuting
They fit great and go inside my MX boots, they are thick so during walks at work in 90 degrees plus is unbearable but riding in them feels great. Washed them 10+ times already and barely any fade. Would buy another pair. They fit accurate to normal pants size is why i picked them up.

Hard Creased Armor from factory
Was excited to get these on the day of my ride, open the box to find that the hip armor on both sides is hard creased/folded over and will not lay flat in the pockets.Making the pants basically unwearable because of the discomfort of the pads. The only solution would be to remove the pads which would defeat the point of armored riding jeans. In order to get a replacement pair of pads, you had to open a warranty claim, they wanted you to submit pictures of the pads cut in half, and then they would send you the replacements - - for nearly $300 pants, was probably $3 worth of Chinese pads, I expected far better quality, far better customer service, and was absolutely disappointed in these.Thankfully Amazon lets me return them for full refund, although I still have to wait for KLIM to accept the return, which is also annoying considering I bought these on good faith open the box, and now I have to wait for the reimbursement due to no fault of my own.
