Delicious!
These olives are very good. They are a full 5.5 lbs. dry weight when the brine is drained off. They have a nice firm texture,(not mushy). I use these to make an Italian olive salad. Depending on the amount of celery and onion I add, these olives will fill about 5 to 6 one qt. mason jars. The brine is very mild with little salt, which allows me to add salt to taste. They truly have that nice buttery flavor and are easy to deseed in your mouth due to already being cracked. I have ordered these twice now, and both times, the can arrives slightly dented. This would only concern me if wanted to "shelf them" for a long period of time. Five stars all the way.

Have bought Partanna Olives before and loved the product
Have bought Partanna Olives before and loved the product, got this latest tin, yuch appears to be old stock from a tin that has failed, instead of being firm and green got slimy khaki colored olives, instead of brine looked like olive oil sludge. Don't buy these without verifying age of inventory.
