Very good value woofer, not only that but the design is not like most big square lumpy things taking up space n looking out of place. This us just the right design to fit neatly next to my desktop PC. I like the auto on feature which saves power too and the sound quality has made such great difference to movies in surround as well as rock music and rockabilly. I only had to adjust output down to fit the music and sound fx in movies. Highly recommended

Der originale Sub meiner Soundblaster Katana klingt zwar schon sehr gut, in manchen Situationen fehlt es aber an Kraft. Ist ja auch nur ein kleiner und ein passiver, d.h. der Verstärker ist in der Soundbar integriert und ebenfalls entsprechend klein. Etwas mit mehr Druck musste her.Der Canton passt da in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Von der Größe her ist er etwas kleiner, als mein PC-Gehäuse. Daher passt er gut unter meinen Computertisch. Mit einer Nennleistung von 50W ist er auch leistungstechnisch nicht überdimensioniert. Durch den High Level Input konnte ich ihn problemlos mit meiner Katana verbinden.Richtig eingestellt fügt sich der Sub nun harmonisch ins akustische Gesamtbild ein. Das Ergebnis treibt einem nur noch ein breites Grinsen ins Gesicht. Ob Musik, Film oder Gaming ... nun macht es ordentlich bumm und nicht nur pöööh. ;)Der Preis geht dafür auch in Ordnung. Absolute Kaufempfehlung von mir.

A dire il vero quando l'ho tirato fuori dallo scatolone mi sono rimasto sorpreso dalle dimensioni. Mi aspettavo qualcosa di più compatto, più adatto al mio impianto ed alla mia stanza di ascolto di modeste dimensioni; avrei dovuto controllare meglio le caratteristiche. Sono stato tentato di restituirlo per acquistarne uno più piccolo e meno potente ma poi ho pensato: c'è tempo quindi mettiamolo alla prova.Ho effettuato il collegamento dall'amplificatore (kenwood da 50+50 W) sia delle casse (speaker A - Numan retrospective 2 vie) che del sub (speaker B) ma la cosa non mi ha soddisfatto; allora mi sono letto il libretto d'istruzioni ed ho effettuato il collegamento del sub all'amplificatore (high Level) e poi ho collegato agli ingressi high level del sub sia i cavi provenienti dall'amplificatore che quelli diretti alle casse (satelliti). In questo modo tutto funziona correttamente (attenti alla fase). A questo punto, come suggerito dai tutorial trovati in rete, ho regolato prima la frequenza di taglio (ora impostata su 90Hz) che il volume (impostato a -18db). Ora, dopo essermi abituato all'ascolto, devo dire che il prodotto è ottimo, ben realizzato e vale tutti i soldi che ho speso. Ho quindi deciso di tenerlo anche se è esagerato per le mie esigenze.
