Great machine does what it does easy to use anything like the last one will last for years.

Having my old sharp standard microwave break down after years of service I opted for the Samsung microwave for 4 reasons. The Grill, Oven, Microwave & Slim fry option. As my old cooker is getting on a bit it made sense to get this particular microwave. I've been using it for over week and have not been disappointed by it in any way. Convection oven works perfectly, as does the grill, & microwave. The presets seem to be perfect for the relevant foods. The grill in my opinion is much quicker than on my aging cooker, the convection oven is as effective as my older fan oven maybe better. I can't find any faults even though some reviews say it's not as powerful as other microwaves, as it replaced an older 800 w microwave I find this one easily more powerful

Above expectations

Having the same Samsung smart oven combi microwave for over 12 years (the only difference was the door handle design) and have been amazed with it's performance, but sadly the microwave function stopped working a couple of weeks ago, I did think about trying to fix it with it might have been done to a faulty door switch (but I'm no electronic whizz kid so I would be clutching at straws) but when I stumbled upon the same microwave on Amazon with the amazing 47% discount, I just had to get it and it's like reunited with an old friend and fingers crossed hope this one will last as long

This was a great microwave, at first. Had light use mainly for heating milk for coffee 2 to 3 times most days. Within 11 months an intermittent fault developed on the keypad but some keys were not affected. This gradually got worse until it wouldn't work at all in its second year. Bought from Amazon. At first Amazon said they would get Samsung to replace it. Waited. Nothing. Googled the fault and there are loads of reports of this same problem with keypads on Samsung Microwaves. Obviously an inherent fault from new. Chased up Amazon and kept being told: "You have had the use of it for 2 years, my screen doesn't give me any options. Can't help." Not good enough Amazon. Not good enough. My previous 2 microwaves have worked perfectly for around 20 years each. Less than 2 years is NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE Amazon. And, followed by a really poor after sales service. Very shabby Amazon, I can't buy any other electrical appliances from you if you just take the cash and run. So, sadly, I must recommend to everyone reading this review, DO NOT BUY ANY ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES FROM AMAZON and be careful buying ANY microwave from Samsung that has a keypad. I strongly recommend you check all the reviews first.
