Good value but haven’t used for long enough
I was told to buy for gout symptoms and I have not used consistently enough to be sure 👌 but no adverse side effects either so fairly happy

Easy to swallow
I bought these to help with reducing the chances of a gout flare up. Have yet to find out if they work though - ask me in a year.

Total waste of time
Does zilch., don’t waste your money. Anyone saying these work is probably on alopurinol because these WILL NOT reduce uric acid leveks.

Misleading Product Information
AVOID!!! Says "No Fillers or Additives" in the product headline yet the ingredients clearly state: "Tart Cherry 4:1 Extract (fruit), Rice powder, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide."

This is a great product for Gout suffers, l use a liquid Tart one as well as the capsules.
