It's all natural and it's not a nargotic. It takes the edge off my anxiety.

My integrative MD told me to get the Pure Encapsulations brand of Relora to help with sleep. About a year later he said I could discontinue it as I was taking so many supplements and it was getting a little overwhelming. I stopped the Relora and my sleep went back to being shallow with me waking up several times during the night at the slightest noise or temperature disturbance. I started taking it again and my deep sleep returned. I've jettisoned a lot of other supplements that didn't appear to do anything (and which I didn't miss when I stopped taking them) but I won't give up this one again. I take it right before bed.

We pay more for this brand's products nearly as much for what's not in them as for what is. What is "food" starch, anyway?" A little vague. And corn is something that a lot of us avoid, for multiple reasons. I'll keep looking.

Pure Encapsulations is the only brand I buy now. It is consistently the same from bottle to bottle which I cannot say about other brands.
