Gave to my 20 year old granddaughter with a board for her birthday. She loved it! She uses them at family gatherings.

The lists of ingredients include lots of things I have never heard of or vaguely recognize!😣 Rural Kansas is pretty much out in the boonies but we have lots of good food here. I don't think foreign hams, sausages and cheese would be better than what we have here. But since I don't know what most of these things are how can I substitute effectively? There is supposed to a list of substitutions in the book but having read 2/3 res of it I'm frustrated enough to not care and just chuck and just chuck the whole thing!
