I’ve used this product for over 20 years and love it. I occasionally have the opportunity to try other shampoos when I travel and always love it when I get home and can use this product again. It smells good, easy to apply and rinse out and ALWAYS makes my hair fluffy, giving it more volume as well as control. I love this!!

Love this shampoo and conditioner! I have super fine hair and this stuff works great. Gives me volume that lasts all day. Hair looks and feels thicker and holds shape better when blow drying. As an added bonus, I used to have really bad dandruff, scalp and upper back acne and since using this product I don't seem to have those issues any more. It may have just been the crappy herbal essence shampoo I was using, but this stuff definitely doesn't leave any build up or other crud in my hair like other volumizing shampoos do.

I have naturally wavy hair that needs the humidity of summer to wave right. I use this year round but really helps bring out the waves in winter when there is no humidity. Makes my hair soft and shiny and improves body.

It’s a little heavy for my hair but it lasts a long time. I’ve been using the same two bottles for about a year and at least it doesn’t make my hair greasy like some other products

We have this as a gift. It smelled great and leaves your hair very shiny and soft

I once used this back a few years ago, and I thought I would start back using it because it did work great a few years ago, But now it’s not the same, maybe they changed a ingredient or something, but it’s not as good as it once was. Shipping was fast.

Matrix shampoo and conditioner really does amp up the volume in my fine, thin hair.
