Q: Do the pans come with lids?

It’s not that Amazon is not smart enough to offer lids. These exact ones do not come with lids even on the Green Pan original site. Maybe Green Pan could tell us “Why”

Q: What was marked on the package: "Dishwasher safe" or "Hand clean" for this greenpan lima 5 quart hard anodized ceramic casserole?

I am standing in TJMaxx with this pan. It clearly says hand wash only. Not dishwasher safe. It also says safe in the oven to 600 degrees Fahrenheit and the lid is safe to 425 degrees.

Q: Is the GreenPan flat on the bottom with no ridges? Our glasstop electric range requires pots & pans that are flat on the bottom with no ridges.

the green pots (pans) have a smooth bottoms. I use mine on the electric glass top with no problems, It should not be used on a convection to.

Per the GreenPan website: Where are GreenPans made? Our cookware is designed in our Belgian offices by our in-house product designers. It is produced, tested and manufactured in our own factory in Jiangmen, China.
