Item received with Scratch on dial screen. Put request for return with replacement but the guy came to pick the material refused to take it as he could not find a particular number in the back side of the watch whereas he found it in the label. So he didn't handover the replacement also. After that wrote mail to customer care but till date no one contacted. Very poor service. Very disappointed.

The watch is good but the dial inside color is so darken that not easy to see in light

I love the watch. I had picked it up for daily wear. The sleek all black look is good and is perfect for all colours of clothes. The strap is silicon and looks durable. Since it's unisex, the dial is pretty big and would suit a woman who has broad wrist. I prefer thi kind of watch, but it's better to check before buying. Why did you pick this product vs others?:I find this watch to have value for money. For Ra. 895, I get a good branded, stylish watch
