Its about a foot shorter than 51 inches, but GIVE IT TIME to inflate.
Smaller than advertised, but wife still loves it. Also only 20-30 bucks. Give it a good 10-15 minutes to inflate and the fluff expand! All the raggedy pictures are what it looks like when you first get it. I started return process, went back an hour later to pack it and it had doubled in size. I wonder how many people immediately repacked and returned it. If your taller the false advertising will probably still be an issue but my wife is 5'2. So 43 inches instead of 51 was fine.

Thought it would be fluffy, but ita pretty small, doesnt hug my body like it asvertises in the photos

Okay...but
Nice not as fluffy as I thought is should be. This will not replace your head pillow but will lift belly off mattress. Zipper to cover is uncomfortable
