Should I draw plays on an index card? What will fit best??

The viewable area is 4 1/2" by 2 1/2". I Printed my plays on 90 gsm paper and worked well. you might be able to put two sheets on the front sleeve if you cannot print on both sides

What size best fits 14 to 18 year old girls?

I would go with the youth. I ordered a couple of the adult size thinking that there might be a player or two. The only people that use the adult size is my 350+ lb coaches.
