Q: i wear glasses for driving and other things for distance. How long are these? Would they hit glasses?

I get the charm lashes. They don't hit my glasses but you can also curl them to make sure they go up instead of straight out to hit the glasses

Q: Do these lashes come with "anchors"?

They have magnets on them that connect to thr liner

Q: What is recommended to remove the eyeliner?

I use micellar water that is for water proof makeup. It works great. I hold a cotton round over my eye for a few seconds wipe and repeat a few times. Anything left thing left comes off with my oil cleanser. Note when I wear makeup for thorough removal I clean my face with the micellar water, then oil cleanser, then a foaming cleanser. Not smudges the next day.

Q: Can the 01 over and under lashes be used with just one with the magnetic eyeliner?

I've never used bottom lashes so I'm really not sure. The best is trial and error. That's usually how I make decisions on lashes. Experiment a bit to achieve the look you want. Have fun!
