Very sharp light weight easy my go to knife.
I got a great deal on the knife. I’ve been looking for a knife like this and I’m very happy with the performance. It cuts through raw sweet potatoes like butter. I’m not sure how durable it will be but I am being careful with it and I conditioned the handle. I read in a couple other reviews that it’s not real word is a composite material so I’m going to have to take a closer look at it tomorrow. I don’t leave it soaking in the sink I rinse it dry it and immediately put it back in its magnetic sheath. I have high hopes for this knife.
