Q: Missing the top cap for a 2016 bennington mooring cover. does anyone know if this will work for that one? do i need completed assembly

IF your cover has reinforced holes for the supports, it should work. We had them. Aren't your other caps like this one?

Q: How do you install them in a boat cover

Just make a small slit in the cover and screw the halves together. The unit grips the cover tightly and I’ve had no issues once installed.

Q: how do you get boat vent apart ?

The bottom of the vent unscrews and splits it apart, there’s and arrow on top of the vent, I’ve pointed that arrow towards the front of the boat (assuming there would be more air flow) Hope this helps

Q: I received my vent caps and the mail but they didn't have any written instructions? How can I get a copy of those?

Why do you need instructions? You just unscrew to put them on the canvas, then stick in the poles.
