These pads provided extra protection for my friend in Hospice Care. Her elbows were constantly getting hurt on the side bars. One pad worked but 2 were added for extra cushioning. They stayed mostly in place when the bars were lifted up and down by staff. A good buy.

I was disappointed with these. They don't fasten well to the bed there is only a few ties and Velcro. I installed them as directed. Now they have rips and tears
