These leggings are very comfortable and I love the pocket. I'm 5'8, 170lbs and got a L and they fit well. I have a relatively small waist (29") compared to my hips (41") so I went with a size larger than recommended and it worked out great, even though the waist is a tiny bit loose. The only thing that kind of bugs me is that sweating makes them change color so it's pretty easy to see, but it's not a big deal. Overall a very good purchase and I'm very happy with them.

These leggings are the best fitting, most comfortable ones I've ever bought. I got the Large size which fit perfectly (my hips are 42" and waist 32"). And the leg pocket is very convenient. Very happy and will buy again!
