very comfortable chair

Good & value for the what I paid & serves my purpose
Pros:The product is sturdy. Didn't come with any instructions..but was easy to set up. Cushion and fabric looks like it will lastCons:Might not be the most ergonomic for some, ( I am 5'3" , 57 kg) .For me the top most head rest ,that protrudes , is a pain in the neck!!I have solved the issue to a large extent , by using a pillow vertically over the cushion.I purchased this recliner, as I had to sleep sitting ,due to some back operation..and lying in bed was not an option.It has largely been a great purchase .The cushion fabric is a dust magnet , and will have to be covered with a sheet when not in use & main thing was that locking system by arm rest is excellent

Excellent product and excellent service after sales
I have purchased this Recliner chair during September 2023 and using normally. Of late, I faced a small issue and for clarification I contacted the customer care number.It was really surprising to see response and without any hesitation the manufacturer aggred to replace with new one and supplied a new one.And , I'm so pleased review on the exchanged recliner chair..It's is really soooo comfort to sit/lay.. The angle of coverage/spread is really tremendous and soooooo happy with the usage including cloth material..The seating material is really sturdy and in required manner.In fact, I became a 'brand ambassador '😄😄😄 of your product and I used to ask any guest/ friends to experience the comfort of utility and recommend to your product, especially, this model..I suggest, as a customer, to continue with this structure and material and ESPECIALLY your care, service after sales..I admire your service..Thank you so much.. again..

Initial impressions: Product met the expectation, cushion in comfortable. The incline and back support was good.

Ergonomic design
Not so comfortable when u rest your back on the chair.Chair width is a bit less for average person as one has to squeeze in.Cloth quality appears to be not upto expectations.Reclining mechanism is good.Easy to handle.

Both the chair defective
This is my replacement the first one came with the issue of right arm rest not functioning well I got the replacement today and now the left arm rest is making noise while going behind that is inclining the chair I don't know why it is not check and then send it to us I have to again go through the whole process of exchanging
