I just switched to this pre workout as I was a bit worried about my caffeine consumption. I love this stuff so far. Felt a big difference between my previous pre. Muscles just kept going. It is a little chalky but not terrible. Good taste in the watermelon one. Does have some foam when you shake it up. I tried to drink that too lol and felt a little icky after that so I recommend not finishing that part. Good stuff though. Accidentally bought 2 but don’t regret it now haha.

Arrived clumpy and moist inside. Once I dug the scooper out, the texture of the contents was so dense from moisture that I couldnt even get the scooper back into the container. Scooping it was like scooping that thick kinetic sand for kids. Wasn't willing to consume it. I have always purchased my Intra from Alpha Lion, and am highly disappointed in this purchase. Won't take that chance again with A.L. since it's a non returnable item.

Tastes great, no jitters, no prickly skin. Love the pump! Only request is that they come up with more flavors to try.

I go to the gym 5 days a week and was looking for something to give me that extra push during my workouts. This product definitely delivers! I felt more energized and focused without the crash. One thing to note—the taste is really good, almost too good. It makes you want to drink more than the recommended amount, so be careful not to overdo it. Overall, a great addition to my fitness routine!

Great Pre Workout without all the caffeine. If you want a good pump in the gym but can’t have or do not want the caffeine this is it. Gives a great pump, and lots of energy to push through that workout.

Love this pre-workout it taste good it’s high-quality. It’s the perfect energy boost without having to load up with a bunch of caffeine and it dissolves easily in orange juice.

Powder is clumped together (Blue Razz flavor) but still effective. Would suggest the seller to check stock and ensure their inventory of supplements are stored in a dry, cool location.
